A Statement from the Greater Buffalo Racial Equity Roundtable – April 20, 2021

Today our country took an important step toward racial healing with Derek Chauvin being held responsible for the murder of George Floyd. The Greater Buffalo Racial Equity Roundtable stands in solidarity to put an end to the hundreds of years of oppression that the African American community continues to endure.

The  Roundtable is committed to changing the institutions and structures that create barriers to fair, equitable treatment and opportunity for all.  We encourage you to get connected and get involved through your places of worship and community organizations. Please visit www.racialequitybuffalo.org for some suggested resources.

Join us as we continue to build bridges of unity.
