The Buffalo Purchasing Initiative Hosts Construction Matchmaker Event

In May 2024, the Buffalo Purchasing Initiative (BPI) hosted its Construction Matchmaker Event, where attendees learned from a series of panelists about relevant upcoming construction projects, MBE participation, as well as network with BPI member organizations, Prime Contractors, Business Support Organizations, and other local businesses owned by people of color.

The BPI, formed by the Business Leaders Task Force, an initiative of the Greater Buffalo Racial Equity Roundtable, is comprised of 15 major employers in our region that are working together to strengthen inclusive workplace practices.
